Inappropriate?

I have been to Binh's twice. The first time for a basic (hair) trim, which they did well.

The second time was a very different story. After talking on the phone they told me the price to highlight my roots (less than 1 inch) would be about 400,000. But they then had the cheek to ask me for 900,000!!
The job itself was terrible. The 'hairdresser' didn't seem to be paying much attention at all and sat outside texting whilst the bleach was left on my hair for a very long time. It was only when his supervisor came downstairs and asked him how long it had been on did he seem to remember me. The result was a very bad, streaky job with several white spots where he'd obviously dropped the bleach on my hair.
You can imagine my fury at them asking me to pay more than double the original fee after ruining my hair!!
I will definitly not be going back and wouldn't recommend anyon getting a colour done there.
