Legacy I dont think you did a close metaphor!!!
DF is a bar, and what kind of bar who doesnt play music??? and Why would they equip DJ gear? And DJ is definitely currently their issue as their hire DJ Boo from SG for the night!
BTW, ppl just dont give a bar 2 star because it has one thing they dont like (shisha)

The only good side of Dragon fly is Cheap Drinks. I dont think they even have a DJ even though they do have a Dual CD desk (denon or smt) but they mainly send a waiter up to the booth and play around with Virtual DJ, and the guy dont even know how to mix/beatmatch, the music is mixed of cheesey 2-4 year old House & Hiphop

Went there after a not very good experience with Studio.
Decoration/light is simple, good enough, music is not very loud and the first Dj fits my style (Trance). The second one played a bit dark House, I dont particularly like it but it's difference than most other stupid cheesey bar/club in hanoi.
Should have installed some more powerful air ventilation, I could hardly breath in there!

If you think ppl can abuse the "Utter Rubbish" option, also consider showing ppl who chose possitive opt too, because yes, someone can also abuse them.
Again, like all other review system, you have to accept the fact that even it can be good to someone doesnt mean it good for you. And you should take it as a subjective view.
Last, as in DMB's "What you are": Dont trust me, trust yourself:-D

What's wrong with you Vizero???? If no westerners hire Minsks, who can the VNese lend them to?!
And the point is, to stop pollute your own country whoever the rider is! What kind of VNese you are to say smt like you did???
Well, what tangoLA did is right and you guys should tell all your friends to stop riding old, polluted bikes (not just Minsks), sometime ppl just dont really what they're doing is bad.
In response to the question: The other day a Vietnamese friend and I watched some guy putter through Hanoi traffic on his Minsk, cutting a wake as other riders veered away from th...

Instead of banning all bikes you could just ban Minsks (or old rusty bikes) Dont you know (or think) that banning all bikes is extreme???
Think, Virezo!
What the next best thing to travel around, apart from bikes?
I'm VNese so I know buses here, but if you think about how many bikes we can save by getting a bus, you wouldnt say so.
I dont think you get TangoLA's idea! The Point is, why would a Ta^y save his country's environment and go pollute others, (our country - VN)?
And obviously, the point is not about "What would VNese ppl do if Tay decided to stop polluting VNese air by not riding Minsks anymore"
Think, Virezo!
In response to the question: The other day a Vietnamese friend and I watched some guy putter through Hanoi traffic on his Minsk, cutting a wake as other riders veered away from th...

OK, everybody know how harmful smoking is, but they still smoke a lot???
Because it's their life. So as long as they respect others and not smoke in public spaces it should be OK!
But, polluted bikes are just wrong, they pollute the very same air that everyone breath, they affect others life, OK?
Need me explain more?

hippo, I dont know if my logic is right but let's put it this way.
Let's say a Minsks burns 5L/100Km
So 50 Minsks burn 250L/100KM
How many litters would a bus burn for 100Km?
And if you put 50 Minsks on the road, they would take much more space than a bus.
