I'm about to restructure myself. Could anyone give me any useful information/advice about < 1 year- abroad courses focusing on NGO management, especially financial stability for a NGO. It would be great if you can show me the way to navigate those courses' fee. I googled for days but couldn't find any courses.
MILLION THANKS TO NEWHANOIAN community.

One idea for a taxi market but quite risky for taxi company I think. I agree with "Tree" that you should SHOW the card, even the map to any taxi driver. Don't waste energy on VN pronunciation, many streets pronounce same same & I bet you will get lost
In response to the question: When I was in Poland, the taxi companies had a service where you text the company with the address you're at and they send a taxi there. Do they ...

You can go to Ba Trieu street- There are two bookstores one is Trang (number 40) and the other is "Hieu Sach Thuat" number 90 right to Ngo Van So conner. Ask for book " Tieng Viet trinh do A" by The Gioi publisher. You can either buy CD with or without book there.

If you want to be 100% sure that you are no longer be harassed, here is one trick:
Ask your Vietnamese Friend call the harasser from a table number, informing him/her that this number's owner has just won a prize from VNPT/mobile company for having made a one-millionth out coming call; and that you would like to get personal infor, name, address so that you can send the winer a gift through post-office.
After you get their infor, you can threat the harasser that you would call police if your friend receives any phone call from that person.
In response to the question: The same people that I dont know are calling me a few times a week from a 06---- number. Its really fun cause they say "hello" in English and then div...

I would recommend you go to No2 Giang Vo (I'm not so sure which number but if you want mail me so that I can figure it out for you). there is an optical clinic nearby the Department of Health. I'm short-sighted and came there, they checked my eyes for free within 15 minutes and advised me not to wear contact lenses though I insisted on asking to buy :)). Check it out.
In response to the question: Does anyone know where I can buy contact lenses in Hanoi?...
