Creative menu; nice lounge. Funky waiters running around wearing com headsets. But for all the hype (and call me low-brow) but when I pay $30 for a plate of food I expect not to still feel hungry when I'm done. I'm sticking with the lounge.

Crap! Why did I go to this place when I'm not even a big fan of them back home?! Pavlov's dog, maybe. Yeah it was like back home - doughy, greasy and fairly tasteless. Staff were clueless. Like KFC, it is maybe worth a once-a-year visit. Like a bad drug I havent quite fully weened myself off (but I really dont get you guys who can give this place a 5?). There's a ton of better, more authentic pizza places in HN and its a shame to see VN now flock to what is essentially a tasteless and inferior corporate version of a wonderful western food - the pizza. Ah, but I get what I deserve...

Best western-styled fare (with some nice Asian infusion) I have had in Hanoi, very delicious, creative and well-blended dishes and it is clear that the owner enjoys what he does. Cocktails properly prepared. Nice atmosphere. Sure its small and the menu not huge but if you want a big menu go to Jaspas or something, if you want a great gatronomic experience that is different from 99% of the rest, go to La.

Good food but wasnt too impressed with the service. We kept feeling like they were encouraging us to leave. Like it would hurt to crack a smile? But the food will probably send us back...

Great place. Lots of food options. Fast. Friendly. Authentic and tasty food. Not as expensive as one might expect. One time they gave the wrong dish and instead of looking locked in confusion or helplessness they just took care of the problem, done. What's really not to like about this place?
