I’ve been coming here regularly since it's been open about a few weeks ago so I can hopefully provide an accurate picture of the place.
Food here is tasty and reasonably priced, although not always authentic (speaking as a Malaysian) and can be a bit salty at times. The lunch sets (VND 55,000) are pretty good value, for which you get a bowl of soup, a rice dish, a drink and a scoop of ice cream (I'm almost certain it's from Fanny's).
The menu is extensive but from what I've discovered so far, things to try include the nasi lemak, braised yee mee, black pepper udon and Cantonese fried prawn noodles. Beer is really cheap, but not too many choices.
Ambiance is clean and comfortable. I think they are going for the HK style ‘char chan teng’ look. Free wifi is apparently available, but I have yet to try it, so can’t comment on the connection speed. My biggest complaint so far would be the speed of service. Drinks and food take some time to arrive, even though there may only a few occupied tables, so if you are in a hurry, this might not be a good place to go.
Overall, I will continue to come here for the tasty food and reasonable prices, but I do hope they’ll speed up the service as it can get annoying waiting for your order to arrive.

Hi all, does anyone know where I can buy some nice steaks to cook at a reasonable price?
So far I've checked out Au Delice, which sells some imported steaks from Aus, but the prices seem quite high to me. Any suggestions?
Does anyone know the name and number of the taxi company which employs all female drivers?
I once saw one of their taxis around the Hoan Kiem area, but it didn't occur to me to note it down at the time.
Thanks!

Not sure if they have what you want, but the Music Shop on 20 Hai Ba Trung St has some nice selections. I go there for my jazz CDs.
