Casa Mia has just opened up, also on Kim Ma, and its run by the caterers at my school. Any time they've had to do a function, its been well run, you could try them too (I've just done a review for them, so they're listed now).
Once we had party and got food from Hoa Sua, we ordered the most expensive price person, and also order more than 2 people extra than actual number. But..my husband and I could not eat anything, they brought so little, so little..not enough for the party. That made us really ashamed. And even I complained the day after to the staff but they did not say sorry at all, it was unbelieveable!!!
