Regarding duties/customs, yes you would probably be liable, although collecton of duties is patchy..... sometimes we pay, other times we don't. Thing to remember is that customs duty/VAT ae calculaed on total cost including shipping (ouch!!!).

You can drop in Derma Store at 27 Ly Thai To (located in Binh Minh Hotel) Beauty services are offered there, too. I'm using Derma but I order the products from a shop online in VN, so it's much cheaper than buying at Derma Store here.
