Not sure about Power Yoga, but in the Tay Ho district (near the Veggies Supermarket) there is a yoga school (Zenith Yoga): http://www.newhanoian.com/venue/show/901/Zenith-Yoga

there are two concepts about Yoga. But most of the time, the people here practise meditation.

Zenith Yoga is a great place to practice, but they do not do any Power Yoga. Theirs is more kundalini and hatha style. Highly recommended!
