A legit copy in Vietnam? Good luck! Counterfeits should be littering the streets of the Old Quarter by now. Keep in mind that machines usually have to be "modded" in order to play copied games. If that doesn't work for you, try VinCom Towers or Trang Tien Plaza. They can be located on the maps here on New Hanoian. You can also find several specialized stores similar to GameStop (not sure what shops you have in Australia) all around town. Just keep an eye out for XBox logos in the windows.

For other games I've played that I've needed a legit copy, I've ordered mine via Amazon or one of the other online retailers. Occasionally that plan has fallen through when my package has disappeared into the bowels of the mail system, but I always remain ever hopeful.

Simple answer: get one mailed, or go to Bangkok, although even there... In Hanoi, there are no shops that sell legit copies of console and PC games. None that I know of. And I'm a serious gamer. Get a copy, and if you feel bad, give 60$ to charity.. Koto or something.

Nope, no legit copies on sale here in Hanoi. When in BKK try the MBK shopping center, there is a computer game shop on the top floor (where they sell all the cell phones) which has some good prices and all originals. Handbooks are in Thai, though, but handbooks are for whimps anyway :-).

You can also try Play-Asia.com and try to have it shipped here. Does XBox Live even work from VN? (Thinking of getting a 360 myself)
