Hello again. When I say low price, I mean low price. In Nha Trang they charged me just a couple of dollars more for an apartment than for locals. The month price of the room my friend had was 19$ for him per month, but I had to pay 21$/month because I am foreigner. I have heard that rooms around Gia Lâm is about 300 000, so I was thinking about someplace where I can rent rooms like that, but where they don't "rob" foreigners.

i know in Bach Khoa, rooms are 150 dollars.
But 19 dlollar, where s that? If you want to find those out, ask students in Bach Khoa,...they will know, but the rooms are small, dirty and have often no private bathroom
so..
