Hi If you have time you can hire a Vietnamese teacher. She/he can teach you how to speak and write in Vietnamese. There are some good teachers in Hanoi. Other option is to find someone who speaks good English to improve your conversation skill. All depend on where you are now in term of ''basic Vietnamese. Good luck Ciao
