I saw an optical place on the north end of the Old Quarter a while back and was relieved that I would be able to find contact lens solution when I needed it.
Unfortunately, I didn't get an address and I don't even know if they have acuvue lenses. But if you head south on H. Luoc toward the OQ, it should be on a corner somewhere. If not there, then it's probably on H. Giay/Dong Xuan/H. Ngang. Sorry I can't be more specific. If I spot it, I'll get better intel and report back.
