Hi! My name is valerie (French lady)living in HK for already 10 years.I 'm coming at the end of May in Hanoi.
Two years ago, I saw a nice shop "Velvet underground"(2A Phan Huy Ich St)
Workshop who has gorgeous throws in velvet taffetas...
Do somebody know if it still open and how I can contact the lady before I arrive?Any informations will be appreciated.

Hi Valerie...I drove by 2A Phan Huy Ich today and unless the shop is unmarked, I'd say it has moved/shut down. It appeared to be a small office space that could have been a design space for the sort of items you were talking about, but there were no signs I saw that indicated it was a shop.

The office at Pham Huy Ich is still open for custom design work. Retail sales are conducted (as posted by opera above) through the boutique at 9 Xuan Dieu.
