in my opinion, there is a good place for you is that TRINH HOAI DUC's Street. In that whole street, there are a lot of shops selling what you need to buy.

I actually have one I'm willing to sell (getting ready to leave Hanoi...), and a stationary bike. Have had them for 9 months ish, but mainly just used them over winter. Send me a message if you want to have a look or get more info :)
