best carrings at vincom is good for appliances and bits like power cords, they stumble about trying to speak english are helpful and sweet. and the citimart at vincom has some stuff too.

there is also that 2 story electronics "superstore" on ly thuong kiet, thumping noise dancing animal costumes outside, like man who fell to earth inside. bring your earplugs.

yes the superstore on Ly Thuong Kiet is good, i bought several items (flat televison, fridge etc). They are very good and reliable,I fyou purchase something just pay a deposit and than they deliver free for you even immediately. When i purchased the flat screen television, not only deliver it, but fixed the television on the wall and tuned all channels. When satisfied all ok you pay the balance.Plus every so often they have specials and can buy at bargain price.
In any case as in any city in the world, shop around, compare prices and services for the same itaem and always choose the big shops.
