There's a relatively new gourmet shop called Annam in West Lake. It's in Syrena Tower on Xuan Dieu, and I think I saw ads for gluten-free products. They carry a whole line of organic/specialty flour, oats, etc.

I think L's Place on Xuan Dieu sells a few gluten free products.

Hi! I found some products in Hapro Mart in GiangVo. You should be able to find them on the shelves by the cashiers.
