Try the far end of Hoang Hoa Tham St, on the way out to Ciputra. In amongst the plant and garden supplies shops you will find a number of pet stores which sell the more elite puppy breeds. A quick note: If you are a dog lover, prepare yourself first. Don't expect the conditions the puppies are in to be anything resembling humane.
